I want to monitor tasks/events by users of a certain profile and remove user from that account if no activity in 30 days. Is this possible using a trigger?

You can done this using Batch Classes with the scheduler. Let me know if you need any guidence in it.

@jolly Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. New to apex so have a lot of stuff to figure out, will probably be back with more questions.
