when i click on convert to lead button in contacts, contact get converted to lead and also after clicking on that button it should directly navigate me to lead home page using standard way

Hi Shubham,

                      I created one custom button called 'convert to lead' on contact, when i click on this button(screenshot 1) the contact which i created should convert to lead (screenshot 2) and contact gets deleted in contact object. I achieve this using URL and vf pages. Now i want to do this with Onclick Java script and the expected output should be as shown in the screenshots.
