convert managed package to unmanaged

I see a lot of resoitces online to convert an unmanaged package to a managed one. Do we have the ability to convert a managed package to an unmanaged one?

Hi OB1,

1.) It's Not Possible to Convert Managed package to UnManaged package ..

2.) because already that (managed) packge was managed by some user with a valid Security in thier organisation. 

3.) So They (Owner Of The Package Or Admin Of The package) only Can able to Change anything in this package.
