How to add a button on email, once the but will clicked on email, it update a salesforce field

Please "click me" to update your details.
Once the user clicked on click me from his email, then one salesforce field will be updated.

Please try using EmailServices Fesibility in Salesforce, where this updates the field in Salesforce when the client clicks on the link on email template
Additionaly this requires the communities aswell and email forwarding .
