Hi Yash,

Create a Workflow Rule on Opportunity.
  
Evaluation Criteria: 
created, and any time it's edited to subsequently meet criteria

Rule Criteria:
TODAY()=  DATEVALUE(LastModifiedDate)  + 30

Now in the Workflow Actions, add Email Alert (Email Template needs to be associated) where you can set the receipients.
