What are account team and opportunity teams

Account====AccountTeam
Opportunity === OpportunityTeam
When I deleted Account team member from AccountTeam then automatically a member from OpportunityTeam also be deleted. How can we achieve this.

when your accounts and opportunities are private, you add a team to the account or opp in order to give them access to read or Read/Write the record, so this team will be working together with this account or on the opportunity. to acheive that you should have a trigger. ill share with you in a bit
