My trailhead badges / progress is not showing in the success communities. I think the issue is that I had a temporary trailhead account that I made some progress in until it expired, at which point I created this one. Please help.

I can no longer access the old account because it was an HR account that has expired.  This is the account I intend to keep going forward.  Also, I think the same root cause prevents me from logging a case in the communities forum.
