how to migrate case support settings in service cloud?

Hi Guys,

How to migrate case support settings in service cloud? can we migrate using change set  or force.com IDE or Packages?

Unfortunately this is one of the components/items that cannot be deployed/migrated. This has to be manually created in the destination org.

Hi,

You can deploy live agent configurations - https://salesforce.stackexchange.com/questions/46350/do-we-need-to-redo-the-settings-if-we-deploy-live-agent-to-production
But you have to manually redo support process. You cannot migrate it.
