I am able to create cases from social accounts.but not able to post from cases
HI All,
I am trying to link my social accounts with salesforce org(with starter pack). I am able to create cases from my facebook and twitter accounts. But Iam not able to post on them from my org by creating cases. And also my likes and comments are not reflecting on my social accounts. Any suggestions would be appreciated

I got to know that I have to use Social Action to post on my social accounts. But even after enabling Social Customer Service I am not able to find social action in my org. I am using starter pack. Could anyone please suggest what all configurational changes I need to do in order to have Social Action enabled??
