Trailhead - Unexpected Error Id: UDQWOQHC

Error Id: UDQWOQHC

Verifying challenge 4 of Process Automation Superbadge and received an unexpected error.
I'm using a new Playground, which has only been used for this superbadge, and has only had additional configuration to pass the previous 3 challenges.

Error message say that if you are using a new DE and seeing this error to post in teh developer forums.

Did you check the debug log on this one? You can see what it's trying to test. This was the only module that I didn't get that error.

Debug logs are giving nothing away - it created three logs and all have status of 'success'.
What do you do when you get this error? Do you have to completely start again in a new DE/Playground?
