Could not create connected app in lightening

Hi,

I created a developer lightening account. But I am not able to create any connected app using setup. Actually, any menu item I am clicking on the left side menu bar like User, App etc. getting blank screen. 

When I select app-->App Manager-->New Connected APP getting blank scren.User-added imageUser-added image

You need to create it from Lightning Experience App Manager. Not from Connected APPs. please see the image with Red Color
