API Limits Exceeded in minutes

Hi All, I have my developer org which is hitting API Request Limits in just 5 minutes, I don't what going wrong, I created a video in which I'm just refreshing System Overview page and it's increasing API Request Limits very quickly, I opened developer console as well to see if any callout happening, I checked all batch jobs as well but there is nothing. I disconnected from Sublime text IDE too and disabled API enabled option on profiles.

Can anybody let me know which API request is running. My Org ID is 00D7F000000opYl Developer Edition.
