Lightning Components not available

I am completely confused. I see nothing when I select any of the menu options in Lightning.. as in this screenshot. is there something I'm missing.  User-added image

You just register your domain. Then you will get all the option.

Thanks for getting back.  I am trying to register my domain and it is blank as displayed on that screenshot.  Or is there a step before that.  ?

You can go to classic then you can follow the above link.
