Automated Email Alert to Account Owner when Account is Re-Assigned
Hi All,
I was hoping to create an automated email alert to any owner of a lead or account letting them know that the account has been re-assigned. I'm pretty stumped - does anyone have any advice or solutions?

You need to create another field to store the old owner then create a workflow or process builder to populate this field with previous owner on owner change and then send the notification to the previous owner using this field.
