As per my requiremnet I will have to integrate a Userform (Excel or ***) to Salesforce. Once rquester submits the form it should generate a ticket no. and proceed to workflow. Can anyone have any idea to proceed with the same.

What type of Userform is that and what do you want to create in Salesforce?
SANJOY KUMARThe form type shall be Excel macro based Userform. Requirment is once the form finally submitted a SF ticket should be auto-generated. The said output of the form should be attached in Salesforce. Please help.
