I was trying to create a knowledge article and publish it but getting the below error

Please check your storage limit in your instance. Just follow below steps.

Setup->Storage Usage

If it is a storage issue I would recommend here using a new org to get this done.

Hi Pawan,

I did check the usage in setup and i see the data usage is just 10%, so is there a way to free some space ?

Hi Dheeraj,

You need not create a new org at all, you can aways free the storage if you want to. I did the same and i could successfully now publish the article.

@Pawan - thank you so much again for giving me the hint of Storage usage.
