Unable to see the visual-force page on the pop-up window when create a new record in salesforce lightning

Hi,

    I have created a VF page and added it to a section of the page layout. However, I am not able to see the VF page when I try to create a new record it's not in the pop-up window.  But I'm able to view it on the detail page.
Is it doesn't support?Can only be viewed in Detail/Edit page?

     Actualy it is in Edit page But not in New record creating pop-up window.

Yes, My bad.. You can add it in edit mode. It was delivered in summer 16.

  Is there any way to add into Create New Records page?

Not suer. But it should work similar to edit page. May be the VF page is only visible in edit mode and only in lightning experience not in classic.
