roles and heirarchies

U1,u2,u3 different roles and heirarchies only u3 under u4 how can we see u4 records particular u1

Hi Nagamali,

If U1 and U4 are in different role hierarchy,  you need to use sharing rule to share record owned by owner(User) having role u4 with owners(Users( having role u1. Go through the documentation on Role Hierarchy here - Please accept my solution as Best Answer if my reply is helpful.

                   Using sharing rule achieve the task (U4 records particular 1) with the owner based sharing rule......
