Is the 'Primary Campaign Source' field on the Campaign Influence related list on the Opportunity object be accessible via the API?

Does anyone know what object stores the 'Primary Campaign Source' field on the Campaign Influence related list on the Opportunity object? Is it accessible via the API?

Hi Manual,

"Primary Campaign Source"  field on the Campaign Influence related list on the Opportunity object is calculated from "Primary Campaign Source" field on Opportunity object. An opportunity can have only one primary campaign. So if the Campaign Name in the related matches with the value of "Primary Campaign Source" field corresponding field in the related list is checked.
