I'm trying to create a new prompt template but can't find the custom field I added to the new object. I tested it by creating different field types; only the Text (15) field shows. The fields I created using Text (25) or Rich Text don't appear in the prompt.
I’ve confirmed that the fields aren’t set to read-only. Has anyone else run into this or know how to fix it?

I haven't been able to test it yet, but the scratch org docs list the omni-studio-related features in the neighborhood of this.

I'm trying to add some functionalities to this list but it was created from a managed package. Is there a way to get the selected contacts? I want to create an apex class that will get the ids.

I would err on the side of caution and use a separate phone number that is exclusively used for sending transactional messages. Additionally, every message sent from the transactional number should have a From Name so that recipients cannot reply with a STOP message. Be mindful of any requirements in the country code that SMS will be sent, e.g. Australia requires the From Name to be registered with ACMA for it to display correctly on the recipient's device.

I just had to do this. I think what is missing is on the Page Layout you don't have the Validation Layout. When I deleted them in LEX, then went into Classic and created them, I made sure I marked them as "Validated". I also published them through Classic as well. It seemed to have then recognized them. I tried EVERYTHING else, including the permission set changes. Nothing worked until I did that. Hope this helps others.

i am unable to click on record Details. A warning box keeps on appearing saying "Select an insertion point for the component" I have already upgraded the Properties pan to start the Dynamic Forms migration wizard.
