Is it a requirement for it to be version 3? I downloaded version 4 and was successfully able to load it and use it without any troubles.  If version 3 is a requirement, let me know and I will dig into the problem further.

yes the requirement is with version 3.please do have a look at it.

I have gone through the version 3 javascript file and made about 10 changes that were required to get it to work in Salesforce.  I have posted a working version here:
