Peter Cowen Clone Opportunity Progress into Cases
Is there a way of cloning the opportunity progress bar on cases? I would like to display the Case Cycle on the ticket to track where we are.
The progress will depend on :
Creation - Owner (Queue) and Record Type = X
Investigation - Status and Record Type = X
Resolution - Status and Record Type = X
Closed - Status and Record Type = X
Or is there an option in Lightening that will do this?
