How to provide view all acess to Products Standard object in profile, view all checkbox in not enabled in profile.

Hi Dagny,

“View All” and “Modify All” are not available for ideas, price books, article types, and products.

To answer your question, from the screen capture below, you'll see that products and price books are all children of Opportunity. Opportunity Line Items (OLI) are controlled by their parent because they're in a Master-Detail relationship with Opportunity. PricebookEntry is a child of Pricebook2 and is obviously related Product2. Because of this complex relationship, special permissions are required in order to create or edit products in Product2 and PricebookEntry. There's also one called ProductPick Admin.
User-added image“View All” and “Modify All” allow for delegation of object permissions only. To delegate user administration and custom object administration duties, define delegated administrators.

“View All Users” is available if your organization has User Sharing, which controls user visibility in the organization. To learn about User Sharing, see User Sharing(https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.securityImplGuide.meta/securityImplGuide/security_sharing_users.htm).
