I guess you can only use hierarchy type of custom setting in WF. BTW which custom setting you want to utilize in WF?

Hi Aklim,

When you create Work flow you have two option.
1.Formula evaluates to be true
2. Criteria to met

If you will use 'Formula evaluates to be true' you can access custom setting table but in case of Criteria to met you can not use.
So Use formula evalutes to be true.

Hi Aklim,

You can only use Hierarchy Custom Settings in Workflows.

Step 1: Create a Hierarchy Custom Settings

Step 2: Access it in Workflows. You must select Rule Criteria as Formula evaluates true.
