GoodMorning,  how can i change all the setup of homepage navbar?
i want to customize my homepage and change the colour.

Hi Maria,
To customize the homepage please check the navigation below.
setup-->Customize-->Home-->home Page layout.

You cannot change the theme of salesforce, but you can change the image on the left corner according to your application.
