I created a developer account using my main email address but my browser session closed before I could complete setting my password and security Q&A. Is there a way to reset my password on that account (adair.jeannie@gmail.com)
I received the initial email from Salesforce to set up my password and Q&A but my browser session shut down while I was in the middle of setting the password. The forgot password option doesn't work because I couldn't set my security Q&A. Is there another way to reset my password? I already made a 2nd account as suggested but I prefer to use my primary account, if possible.
If yes, you can go for the forgot password option.
Otherwise, try to recreate the user. User name is unique, but not the email address.
Have you tried the Verify Account link (in the intial email) once again by any chance?
