Process Builder & Managed Packages

Is it possible to fully package Process Builder processes, and supporting items?

If we can package them, can customer's modify them or deactivate them?

Hi Todd,

I came across your question looking for the answer myself regarding an issue a customer was having.  Whilst I'm no expert at developing Managed Packages, I found that a user was not able to view, clone or edit a process unless it was a "template" process in the managed package.  See below for more details:
