Lead Conversion Erro message?

Can anyone see why my lead conversion is failing?

Hi Adeline,

Do you have a picklist named as Requesting__c in either Account, Contact or Opportunity object ? If yes, I believe that you are mapping one of your lead fields to this field while not providing a value which is acceptable for the Requesting__c picklist field. Simply go to the configuration for the Requesting__c picklist field and uncheck the checkbox which restricts only defined values into the picklist.

Qualified is one of my picklist values it is the Converted value.

I went there but can not find anything that says "Bulk", "Lead" or "convert" in the name. I've never been in this area of the system. I have no Coding experience either.
