Case management in Salesforce Service Cloud

Hi All,

I am using to manage and reply to customer inquires that include attachments, now I have upgraded to salesforce service cloud. I want to send an automated email to the contact on creating a case or commenting on any case. When any contact person reply to that email then the response will be also display under that particular case. How can I achieve this task like case management feature.
