sales@myvarma hey i want to create account records when every lead converted but should automatically check for duplicates if it was duplicate account with "name" should update all the data in to old account record only instead of creating new account record

There is no such standard automation process for merging accounts. You need to customize the opertion with apex merge operations which allows you to merge multiple records into a single required record and append merged records child info to the target parent record.
