custom button for the CampaignMembers related list in Campaign layout.

I want to add a custom button in the CampaignMembers related list in the Campaign layout. I am adding it as a URL but it seems that I can't put in the Campaign Id as an argument.

I do not usually create List buttons with URL, but wondering how you can asign a single Campaing Id to a screen that shows a list of Campaings. At least with visualforce page, if you want a list button, the controller is a Set one with the collectio of campains. I guess this is similar.
