get the field value based on another field from another object using triggers

i have object A and object B, in object A&B have same field unic_id__c, in B object based on Unic_id__c get the referrence id value display in object B with same field name, Can you write a trigger for this senario

Example : Object1,object2 in this one comman field for both objects region_id__c, in object2 have refence_id__c fieldin this  based  region_id__c i  want to display the refence_id__c field in object1 , there no relationship beetween object1&object2
