I have the lastest Google Chrome, still facing this issue. Any other possible reason for this? Or any other solution for this issue?

Here's what I did that seemed to be a work around. I selected Setup, and went back into Classic Salesforce, then clicked Setup again and went back to Lightning and it seemed to work.

I had a similar issue when trying to access Lightning via Mobile. However, I found out as per the link shared by Harvey that Lightning is supported in Mobile browsers.
