How to reduce the permission for two users at a time ?

HI ,
How to reduce the permissions for two users at a time ? Below is my requirement:
I have five users , now i want reduce the access to TWO users..if it's possible.pls explain this.

Hi Viswa,
The permissions cannot be reduced. In profile level, configure the permissions which is generic to all the 5 users and configure a permission set to provide extra permission for the 3 users.

For example, all the 5 users should have access to object A and B, but only 3 users among 5 should have access to object C and not the other 2 users. In this case, provide the access to object A and B in profile level and assign all the 5 users to this profile and through permission set provide access to object C and assign the permission set only to those 3 users.Thus, the 2 users cannot access the object C.
