Not receiving Any email notifications

Hi,
I'm not receiving email notification when approval process going to approve. I have given all permissions ?

Can you please verify:

1. User to whom approval email should be sent is active ?

2. On the user record, there is a field called "Receive Approval Request Emails". If you changed this to "never" the user will not receive emails from approval process. 

3. Check the Administration Setup -> Email Administration -> Deliverability.  You may need to change the setting to "all email."
