Hiiii

        How to Restrict Picklist Values by User ?. I Have a users User1 and User2.I have a Picklist Field called 'City' and Banglore , Mumbai are the Picklist Values.i have to Banglore to User1 And Mumbai to User2.how to achieve this.?

Shridhar, the only way to hide picklist values based on Profiles is to use Record Types. Have you looked into it yet?

If Record Types seem to be an overkill for hiding picklist values, you could always use a validation rule to prevent Profiles from selecting certain picklist values.
