Convert the criteria for Opportunity workflow rules into process criteria

Hi
I am playing around with the Trialhead challange "Convert the criteria for Opportunity workflow rules into process criteria". I have created a new hands-on org for this challange, because I also failed to check the challange in my existing org.

Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong:
There was an unexpected error while verifying this challenge. Usually this is due to some pre-existing configuration or code in the challenge Org. We recommend using a new Developer Edition (DE) to check this challenge. If you're using a new DE and seeing this error, please post to the developer forums and reference error id: XNUFXEJY

Thanks
Henrik

Hi Arvind,

I have tried it all out.

What have just solved it for me was continue to the next challenge "Map Your Workflow Actions to Process Actions" - I made a clone of the existing flow. I made all required steps in this third challange. Checked the Callenge in the third challange and Passed, afterwards I went back to the second challange and checked it again - and now I have also passed it.

Hi Helt,

There are two steps. Please follow below mention step.

1.) I've checked and you are missing any step.
No need to create a new Developer Edition just check that you've well configured your challenge.

2.) You probably get this error, because your session has expired.

Please try to logout of your DE (in trailhead, not the org) and reconnect your DE to trailhead. Then, please re-check the challenge. It
should pass now.

Thanks,
Arvind Kumar

Hi Helt,

1.) Then I would suggest you log out of all the accounts and log in again and also clear your browser cookies and history.

 OR

2.) Another solution would try it in a different browser.

OR

3.) Make sure that you are following the correct step which has been mentioned in the trailhead.

Please feel free to contact me if you need any further information.

Thanks,
Arvind Kumar
