can't deactivate a record type beecause

Please help.  I am a newbie.  I am trying to deactivate a record type.  I got the error message: "This record type cannot be deactivated because it is used by the following Ojects."  Under the Objects section, it showed "New Rule".  I click it and got the Insufficient Privileges.  The object id:01Q41000000pchT.  Thank you.

I figured it out.  I found this table that shows what the first 3 digit of the id number means: http://salesforcedevelopersclub.blogspot.com/2013/07/salesforce-object-id-prefixes.html
my object id starts with "01Q".  I found from the table that it has to do with assignment rules and workflow rules.  I then looked at my case object and found indeed I have few rules.  I deleted them and then it worked.
