Overriding standard New button for Account

Hello,

Is it possible to overide the standard "New"button like below to autopopulate few values for object "Account"

Hello Sandrine,

Salesforce will not allow you to over ride the standard button but still you can create your new button and use it.
if you want you can hide the standard button.

Hi Sandrine,

As per salesforce knowledge you can not override like you want. Standard Button can be overridden only with the Visual force pages FYI use the below link.
