Lightning Experience Rollout Specialist Superbadge Step 6

I'm having problems with the Check Challenge on step 6, with regards to the Chatter Group.

I have created the Chatter group and a lightning page to support it. I have been getting this error for the last hour:

It's driving me nuts - I've tried everything, even renaming the page. It's quite clearly there.

Salesforce is this a bug?

I passed it within the past hour.  The label for my page is Group Record Page and developer name Group_Record_Page, which were the defaults when I created the page.

I had the same issue last night and have not discovered a workaround. If you change the name of the group to "All Lusso Scapae Employee" (singular like in the error message), a different error comes up saying that "All Lusso Scape Employees" doesn't exist.

I was able to pass this step.  Looks like from your screenshot that it is set to a Broadcast Only.  Mine is not set that way.  Perhaps change the option and see if it makes a difference.

Thanks Carl - I have checked again while Broadcast Only was unticked and I am still having a problem. How recently did you pass it?

Changing the name to "Group Record Page" seemed to do it for me. Thanks, Carl.

On a related note, the preview for a Group record page in the lightning page builder seems to always show "Broadcast Only" regardless if it's enabled for the group or not, I assume so you can see what it would look like were it enabled.

Carl - you're fab. This is a bit of a gotcha then - don't be tempted to change the name of your lightning record page!!!

Can anyone help me with this error for the Lightning Experience Rollout Specialist Superbadge Step 6.
Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: 
Didn't find a Lightning page named Key Sales Data. This page must include: 1. List of new Accounts this week, 2. Recent items showing an "Opportunity", "Lead" and "Contact", 3. Log A Call and New Opportunity actions. Don't use the CreateOppty custom Lightning component for this challenge.

I have created new Key Sales Data lightning page and added all the components as requested and i have not used "CreateOppty custom Lightning component". But still i get the same error message.

Do you have your Actions in there? Try switching the view from Desktop to Phone and enabling your New Opportunity and Log a Call Actions.

I have added both the New Opportunity and Log a Call actions in salesforce 1 actions on the Lay out. But only New Opportunity action is visible as you can see in below screen shot. Any guidance on getting Log a Call action to display.User-added image

Have you tried creating a new Global Action for Log a Call, then seeing if you can enable it?

Very frustrating... This is a fresh playground, not used it for ANYTHING but this superbadge.

I assume there is SOMETHING I have created or done that is wrong... but what I do not know...

Update for the unexpected error.  Through a process of elimination I worked out it was occuring after checking the group name.  Found it was occuring when checking the group description.... no end of frustration with undefinied errors...

After following all the instructions I am still getting this error:

The All Lusso Scarpe Employee group page must display the following information on the right side of the page: recommended groups and individuals to follow, and the most popular topics currently under discussion.

Rahul - have you dropped "Recommendations" and "Trending Topics" components into the column on the right-hand side of your page? I just wonder if you have selected the right layout for the page...can you give us a screenshot?

Create a Chatter group called All Lusso Scarpe Employees and give the group this description: This group is for all Lusso Scarpe employees to collaborate and receive company announcements. All employees can join the group

I did NOT include the fullstop that was at the end of the original text...

Hi Gemma, yeah I was not including the Recommendations and Trending Topics components in the layout. It worked well.

On Challenge #6, when you create the "Communications" Lightning app for Paloma, make sure you name it "Communications" right from the start.  I missed the naming requirement in the instructions and initially named it "Paloma's App".  When I went back in and renamed it (including the API name) and saved, the challenge check did not recognize the name even though it showed "Communications" in the API field.  I deleted the app and completely recreated it naming it correctly from the start and passed the challenge.

Hi! I'm stuck with the challenge 6. Even if I login as Paloma and everything is allright (I see the default app Communications with the requested tab) I receive the error:Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: 
Didn't find a Lightning app named Communications. This Lightning app must include the items that Paloma uses regularly. Paloma must be able to access the app.
The app is named correctly and I see it as default app logged as Paloma.

I'm getting mad finding what's wrong...any help please?

I also have same error. I tried to diffrent record page name and I kept getting this error. Where i can find "Brodcast" option?

but if i Delete the app and says something like " I have to configure a communications app" <- 

this are my configurations screens, I don't have repited objects or something to provoke that , I don't undestand the error, please help

Make sure the access type of the chatter group is set to Public.

@sai manoj.. In Lightning click on Group tab > Navigate to the required Group > Click on down arrow and select Edit Group > Change Access Type.

Hi guys, I have the same error as many of you above - not sure what the right solution is and I do not really want to do everything again in the new DE. Can anyone help and point me in the right direction? That error appeared after I created the Chatter group, before I had errors regarded to the previous steps as I was checking this way if did it correctly and is that part of the challenge checked.

Ok nevermind I've found why I have this strange error: I placed the description in the wrong place - challenge 6 is now checked whoo-hoo!!
