Notes and Attachments in Account section

Hello all,
I want to add a new tab "Notes and Attachments" in Account section. Can you help me, please?

Hi,

Edit the Account related Page layout -> Related list -> Drag and drop the Notes and attachments to Account related list section -> save

This list is not customizable. How can I customize it?

I could see that Notes and Attachments are already enabled (Notes and attachments related list grayed out). Can you let me know, are you able to edit the Account records ?

This mean you have the Notes and Attachments enable for accounts. So you are unable to add notes or attachments or unable to view them under accounts ?

There is no tab for "Notes and Attachments" in the accout section. That is why I thought that I have to add it. So it lookes the problem is that it is unablr to view. Where I can change it?

Could you please verify that you have appropriate access for every accout record using sharing settings
