Is it required that same crypto key while encrypting and decrypting the text. i am getting error while decrypting the text which i have encrypted before saving in database.

Altaf Ahmed 7You need to same manage encryption key, if you have saved your key on your local machine, just upload it back to salesforce in the same place(platform encryption-->Manage keys). I you don't have the keys or you didn'y archieve it, then you need to contact salesforce for the key, till then you can't see the data
