SF API wsdl?

Is there a way to see what the SF API wsdl looks like? We want to see what data element are required on the request to SF.

You can download various WSDL from the following path in Salesforce : 
Set up -> Develop -> API .
You can download Enterprise, Partner wsdl and others based on your need.
