I am working on the Trailhead Superbadge: Lightning Experience Rollout Specialist: Step 4
This feels like a simple step but I can't figure out if I'm overthinking it or underthinking it.
It sounds like it wants me to customize the highlights panel but that is controlled by the compact layout. And you can't currently assign compact layouts by profile. Which is what it wants me to do. Tip/Hint to get my out of my clouded mind that I'm in...?

For User - John Wiseman:
1. Create a page layout for John(Ex: John Page Layout) with the given fields in the requirement - Account Name, Phone, Rating, Employees
2. Add this page layout to new record type. (Ex:John Rec Type)
3. Assign this record type to the profile of John (Custom:Sales Profile)
For User - Paloma:
1. Create a page layout for Paloma(Ex: Paloma Page Layout) with the given fields in the requirement - Account Name, Parent Account, Phone, Type
2. Add this page layout to another new record type. (Ex. Paloma Rec Type)
3. Assign this record type to the profile of Paloma(Standard Platform User)
