EmailToCase Agent download link is not working - Erro 404

The e-mail to case agent link is not working.

Does anyone know if it is possible to manage email responses in a way that they can auto-attach to an existing case using OnDemand EmailToCase?

Hi Ana,

Please try this approach :

1.  Set up On Demand Email To Case.
2.  In your Email To Case settings, turn on insert Thread ID in the Subject (it's on the front page of Email To Case).
3.  On-Demand Email To Case will create for you an email inbox to forward your emails to.  Create a filter that only forwards emails to this inbox that contain the substring "ref:" (numeric). On replies, it should align new emails to the relevant case.
