How can i add a Picklist Value(text) with a Auto Number Using Formula Field?

I want to add a picklist which Contains text values like BANKA,BANKB,BANKC with Auto Number Using Formula.The Expected Result should be look like this! Formula Field = Picklist Value + Auto Number = BANKA1001

Create one auto number field as a seperate field, and hide from the page layout.

Then create a new formula field, in that  merge the {Account name} & { custom auto number field}.

Thanks for the Response RajeevJain.Im getting an Error: Field Branch__c is a picklist field. Picklist fields are only supported in certain functions
