CRM Basics TrailHead Error for User / open activities related list does not appear error

Our Sales team members are beginning their formal training modules, one associate received the below error. Please advise on what is causing this error?.

The error is asking to check whether Account doesn't have a record type on it, if yes then that is causing error.
Please check for the record type on Account object
