Compile All Classes Eror

When trying to Compile All Classes, I am getting an Insufficient Privileges error.  This jsut started happening yesterday. 

Where can I start looking to figure out why this is happening?

Hi Chris, Can you check Author Apex permission in your profile level. Maybe that is the issue.

Thanks Manoj.  I am in the Standard System Admin Profile so yes, I do have Author Apex.
