I having been waiting for the optimizer response since last two hours, but still cant find the response.
- The Optimizer is running and sending the report to the wrong email address, or
- The Optimizer isn't running.
I don't recall this precise challenge, but it has to pull your email address from somewhere -- maybe from the playground, or more likely from your Trailhead. So you might double check to see if you've got the correct email address on your Trailhead account.In the case of the second possibility, I see from the thread above that there were issues with the Optimizer running back in the fall. You might ping the Trailhead team (using the feedback link on the module), or perhaps connect with @ChrisDuarte to see if there are issues with it again.

@ChrisDuarte Any chance you can have someone look at why Challenge 6 for this Trailhead isn't working for me? I emailed the question to the Trailhead email today. I posted the question on the Challenge 6 forum a few days ago after googling for an answer everywhere but nobody appears to be monitoring that. After the great job you guys did in helping me and others resolve Challenge 1, I'm hoping the same thing can happen for Challenge 6.

Requirement: In the final part of the step 'Finally, create the Chatter group indicated in the requirements and customize the group record page so it displays the specified information.
As per the Phase1 Requirements of the Lightning Experience Rollout Specialist Superbadge, In the Group Record Page:
'The group should display the following information on the right side of the page: recommended groups and individuals to follow and the most popular topics currently under discussion.'
Hence you may please do the following steps to resolve the issue:
1. Click Groups tab
2. Select 'All Lusso Scarpe Employees' Group Page.
3. Click Setup and Click Edit Page
4. Add the following lightning components
i. Recommendations
ii. Trending Topics
5. Save and Activate the Page
Now check the challenge! It should work!
Please acknowledge if you are able to solve the issue.
To delete the pages:
1. Go to Lightning App Builder
2. Delete Group Record Page and Group Record Page1
And then do the above steps again!
Thanks for the information about deleting the Optimizer files in order to pass Challenge 1. Note that I I needed to leave a single Optimizer PDF report in order for it to pass.

Please follow this steps in the given order to resolve your issue:
1. Go to Lightning App Builder
2. Delete Group Record Page (Note: if the page is assigned as Org default, un assign it by clicking activation button)
After confirming that Group Record Page is deleted and is not listed in the Lightning App Builder, Please do the following steps:
1. Click Groups tab
2. Select 'All Lusso Scarpe Employees' Group Page.
3. Click Setup and Click Edit Page
4. Add the following lightning components
i. Recommendations
ii. Trending Topics
5. Save and Activate the Page (Note: Activate the Page and set it as Org Default! if this is not done, challenge can not be completed!)
It should work. If you still have a problem can you please create a new thread, as this thread is addressing issue with running the Optimizer! If it works, Please acknowledge!
I get the following error every time I try to run the optimizer: "Try again later: It's not you it's us. We're busy preparing the latest version of the report. But check back periodically" and I get an email telling me the following: "Your Salesforce Optimizer Report Isn't Available. Something went wrong during authentication. Contact Support with this error message: api_error_message".
Do I really need to log a case or can anybody here help me? Thanx!!
