There was an unexpected error while verifying this challenge - reference error id: EGTCLFFV

Hello,

I am geeting this error during Lighting rollout superbadge chalange 9
Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong:
There was an unexpected error while verifying this challenge. Usually this is due to some pre-existing configuration or code in the challenge Org. We recommend using a new Developer Edition (DE) to check this challenge. If you're using a new DE and seeing this error, please post to the developer forums and reference error id: EGTCLFFV

The problem start appearing when I created a report Campaign Influence Lightning but deleted. I empty my organization recycle bin.
Then I created the report Campaign Influence Lightning again but only colud save it in my Personal folder, not able to save it in a public folder (Error: This Report Unique Name already exists or has been previously used. Please choose a different name.) .
I am using a fresh Trailhead play ground and deleted Org recycle bin

Sudipta,

Try changing the name of the previously created report and save the one that you are trying to create in the public folder. THat shoudl address the issue. If not, as per the error message, please perform this challenege in a fresh new Trialhead Playground.

Please mark this thread as SOLVED and answer as the BEST ANSWER if it helps address your issue.

Hello Sudipta,

Not sure if it's still relevant I've came accross this issue when doing Business Administration Specialist. It seems to be connected to the dashboards. My assumption is that this appear when you Clone dashboards, even if you rename the one afterwards. Thus for any further challenges: DO NOT CLONE Dashboards or Reports. Always create from the scratch (I know it's annoying but it's a sure path).

To debug try the following steps:
  1. Delete the existing dashboards/reports
  2. Wait for 10 minutes
  3. Try to Check Challenge again
The original error should disappear and be replaced by a challenge related message like 'Coudn't find a Dashbord names Team Scorecard' (ref.Business Administration Specialist  "3. Create reports and dashboards")

Hope it helps.

Good luck trailblazing :)

So, I ran into this situation as well.  I thought I was going to have to get a new DE and start over.. I really didn't want to recreate ALL the reports for the dashboard again, so I tried to think of every little thing I did.

One thing I remembered was that when I created a dashboard, I called it "Rep Scoreboard Dashboard".  Once I realized I added "Dashboard" on accident, I edited the name of the dashboard to show "Rep Scoreboard".  This is where i ran into the "Challenge not complete" warning.  (I'm assuming there was a problem with the modified dashboard name)

Instead of starting from scratch, I just deleted both dashboards entirely and recreated them making sure to name them correctly from the beginning.   I was then able to complete the challenge.

I had also this issue. I deleted both of the two dashboards and did it again in the same org. Then it worked fine and I passed the 3rd challenge in Business Administration Specialist.
